Anxiety
Anxiety has many faces. It can be a natural response to life’s stressors. However, what happens when anxiety overstays its welcome in our lives? These feelings can disrupt our daily life functions, leading to avoidance behaviors, feelings of isolation, and even depression. We can see this manifest as social anxieties, panic disorders, phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Depression

This technique is solution focused based and often just takes relaxing on the part of the client seeking services. Some common misconceptions of clinical hypnosis include having your mind controlled by the hypnotherapist, which is very much a fallacy. Clients are very aware in the session and are very capable of making the same sound decisions that they would if they weren’t in a trance state of mind. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, it's designed to reduce anxiety, calm the mind and support you. Using a powerful combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis, clients can make changes in a relatively short period of time.
